    Hi, Cassey. The abs workout for me are the worst. During every second exercise my neck hurts and I don’t know what to do with it.

      You have to pull up with your abs/stomach muscles. You don’t want to strain your neck. So when you get up you tighten your core to raise yourself instead of your neck.
