I thought I had strong abs until this, wow loved it
So hard ! I just couldn’t straighten my legs in most exercises :/ need ro stretch more

I’m a PIITster and I’ve been doing all the programs for more than 2 years now with round 2… And this workout killed me even more than a regular PIIT workout !! LOVED IT !!
I just get scared to click on extreme abs but I love the feeling when I complete it.
Cassey let me be honest. I had to pause almost after every movement but I tried my level best and will be through it one day. I just want to thank you for all that inspiration you have given me and all the popsters. THANK YOU.
I am doing it for the second time I was not even able to do the whole workout yesterday.
I hard time keeping my lower back pressed. Does anyone have any tips?
Why does my back hurt when im doing this? my lower back is pressed in the mat but my upper back hurts 🙁
I DID IT!!!! My abs were dying the whole time, but completely worth it! Definitely doing it agin tomorrow with Cassie. Living in Kodiak Alaska you get a lot of rain so doing plates inside is definetly a killer workout for anybody. Loved it! Thanks Cassie!!!!!
Loved it! Only had to modify a bit here and there just to not get injured while newly starting [email protected] 65 yrs young!!?

I love this workout!! I have been following for almost 2 years now! I mix different kinds of cardio, dance, weights and you Cassey! I have lost 4 inches and 10 lbs!!! Not much for most but that’s a lot for me since I’m small framed anyway? Love you lots Cassey!! You inspire even the older generations like mine ?❤️

WOAH! I’ve seen (and tried) loads of “extreme abs” video clips on YT, but this is definitely the most challenging one! How are you still alive? Haha! I just love your humor! You are the epitome of a FUN workout. I’m definitely going to try this at home!

This video was ABSolutely crazy!!! I felt like my abs were gonna rip with those heel extensions! It hurt so good! I definitely want to try to do this video once every morning, my abs have always been a weak spot and I want to be stronger in that area! Thanks again for an awesome video Cassey!

I’ve been following you for four years now and I just started working out with you (consistently) a week ago. I skipped the beginners calendar, and I’m struggling to keep up but I enjoy the challenge! I had to take a day off after March 21st workout… my legs… omg I could barely walk and had to lower myself down so carefully when sitting lol.
Most of all I enjoy YOU though… you pump me up Cassie! I am excited to get up every day and work out with you! 🙂

What I great surprise to wake up to! I do your ab videos 3 mornings and week and just last night I was thinking I need to do extreme abs 2 again so it was a sign when I woke up to see this one! What a killer workout, thank you so much!
