This was crazy hard. especially after doing the 500 reps pyramid ab challenge

Wow! My abs were on fire! awesome workout, nice and fast, but definitely effective!
While doing this, I said to myself that “Cassey is very wicked!”
I think this is my favorite Ab workout. Great song, not always the same move and super effective!
Love that it was a song challenge but we didn’t have to repeat the same move over and over again!
She makes me laugh so hard every time with the “Don’t flop down like a FISH!!” lol Cassey!
possible the hardest ab workout 😀 looking forward to completing it without stopping or modifying.

Definitely feeling a little sore. Couldn’t keep up yet but hopefully I can work up to it!
I had to modify a couple of moves, but I’m still feeling it!

Loved that one. I do have some neck problems so I wish there was an alternative option, or modifications , offered but I found what worked and powered through!
