Whew! I’m a couple days late because my body needed some extra rest, but I’m back. Omg Cassey and Tiff, I needed to modify at times because I was definitely feeling it in my hip flexors lol. But, I did it 🙂
Wow that one was HARD Cassey & Tiff, but I actually made it through without modifying! I Never would have been able to do that before this Ab Challenge, Thank you again Cassey!!
