This KILLS my hip flexers. Is that supposed to hurt?

  2. kbiaggi says:

Ugh this KILLS my neck and shoulders every time 🙁 I also wish there was a timer for this workout because I keep having to take breaks but I could probably push myself a little more if I knew there were only a few more reps left!

    1. kbiaggi says:

I hate it when I take a break and then start again only to find that there were like 3 reps left lol

      1. Jess says:

LOL that’s me all the time!

  3. Rachel D says:

Far better than the last time.

  4. Rachel D says:

I am still struggling with these exercises.

    That first move… wrecked me.

  8. JSJ says:

Today was challenging but it was worth it. These are now my fav combo of workouts

  9. klstorck20 says:

Wahoo! I made it all the way today without stopping! Took 8 months to get to this point 🤪

  10. katyann1122 says:

Whoa that was so hard. Thank you for a gnarly workout 🙂 And the positivity <3

Absolutely insane workout! For those who say their wrists hurt, try putting your energy into your knee on the floor rather than your wrist.
Definitely a killer, but in the best ways!

  12. gasperas says:

I’m having a lot of trouble with in and outs because I’m mostly feeling it in my quads and hip flexors rather than my lower abs. Help!

    1. mahawy97 says:

      same here

  13. Werika says:

I can’t do the circles and triangles, my wrist is in so much pain 🙁

  14. RandomIzzie says:

WOW! I started the calendar yesterday(duh), and I was feeling pretty confident since I could do it all the way through without stopping or getting sore the next day and then BAM! Today attacks me! Love all the exercises though! Hopefully they help strengthen my thighs!

  15. ruthm23 says:

Ah well this workout was insane! I had a baby about a year ago now and once I was cleared to work out (which was a good while ago ha) i kinda got into it but not really and I took a “break” more like I got lazy for about 8 months and I finally decided to get back into it and ah Cassey you are crazy! But in a good way, I’m really going to stick to this months workouts even if they kill me as did this one and the ones before this one. Thank you for your motivation and workouts I really enjoy them 🙂

Maybe a Timer added to all the “non-timer” videos?

    1. kbiaggi says:

Yes! I had to take breaks because I felt like the reps were never-ending…for leg circles on BOTH sides, I literally stopped and then came back to it only to realize there were 3 reps left…so irritating haha!

  17. dance-ilatesgirl says:

Omg. This workout is so killer! I have a love/hate relationship with this. But I will keep pushing!

  18. Natalieworksout says:

i reeeeeeeeeeeeally dont like the high reps 🙁

  19. fabzara0017 says:

omg my butt is in pain

  20. majorcalf says:

Okay, I was gonna ask why I only felt my quads and hip flexors during the first move but I rewatched the video and now I understand. Sometimes, it’s really to pay close attention to the proper form…

  21. eveharrison says:

Oh my gosh that was so hard! I skimmed through the video before I did it and I thought it looked easy, it about killed me lol.

  22. cupidelf18 says:

I just was really sick for about a week how to I ease back in to the calendar workout. I get really tired for ever video but I don’t want to start back with the beginners calendar

    1. AnnieC says:

i just had the same situation as you. It is back to get back into it after stopping a while for being sick but still try hard to maintain it since i dont want to go back into the beginning calendar.

Would be awesome to have a mini description of the moves involved in the movies, I’m constantly on the move and depending where I am sometimes Wi-Fi isn’t available or very weak so the videos have a hard time playing. I follow the monthly calendar on a regular basis, the added description of the moves involved in the specific workouts would greatly enhance the effectiveness for individuals to follow the workout programs even if their Wi-Fi is slow or not working

  24. diaphanousether says:

It’s so important for beginners to do the 28 day calendar before… I couldn’t do exactly as the video, but I did easier versions I had seen on those other videos. One day I’ll be stronger and more advanced. Until then, I’m proud to be making an effort

  25. denisefn says:

OMG, that was INSANE for reals 😮 but worth it. My favorite quote at the moment is: “Life only happens when you show up”. Being a rather lazy person, I need to remind myself of this constantly like a mantra, or else I feel tempted to just stay at home and don’t show up to any social events…

  26. Persephone168 says:

This. Killed. Me. As a total beginner I didn’t even once moved like she did, but still worth it 🙂 I know I will get stronger every day <3

    1. Hannah Dodds says:

      Killed me too!

  27. Natnatblogi says:

    i hate high reps 🙁

  28. Sarita says:

Ohhhh my butt !!! Thank you

  29. Mistralka says:

First time I did this workout, I legit cried. This time I was just in pain. #progress <3

    1. kbiaggi says:

      haha great! XD

  30. klstorck20 says:

Ok I did this for the 2nd time and it wasn’t any easier…I loathe this video haha

  31. eo4wellness says:

    wwowowowooww!

  32. klstorck20 says:

I had to stop several times with this one! Something to work towards 😁

  33. lil.yonnie says:

I encourage you to do this one! It is tough but it feels good finishing it. I want to thank Cassey for always giving us the will power to keep going even when we think we can’t. For those 6 months I’ve been following her I’ve learned a lot of things and also understand what meen to fall in love with your workout! Love you Cassey <3 And remember keep positive 🙂

  34. Kaitlyn Leask says:

I love the quote you said at the beginning, I’d never heard it before! My favorite quote has resonated with me for eight years now, “Dream as though you’ve never failed.” <3
