It would be cool if you could do a modified version without the chair.

So good! Even with the chair it was So Challenging. My inner thighs are the part of my legs I have to Tone the MOST. Isolation inner thighs maybe??

Really liked this workout! It was nice using the chair to give my wrist a break! Thanks Cassie 🙂

My lower back hurts so much from this… :/

    1. vjwikel says:

You shouldnt feel it there. That means you weren’t using proper glute activation. Remember to make a mind-body connection and once you do you will not feel it in your lower lumbar. You’ll hurt your back if you don’t achieve this.

Words of encouragement! Keep working on yourself! This use to be one of the hardest butt videos for me and I could never finish it. My legs and butt would tremble and I would have to take multiple breaks throughout the entire thing. But I’m telling you, keep working! Keep trying! It took me over a year to finally do this workout without stopping! I still tremble but it feels good to finally push past my limits!

Don’t stop because it’s too hard. Keep going because it’s a hard challenge you can overcome!

Totally agree, even if you can’t do it right now you will get stronger, and it doesn’t matter if it takes you a week or a year as long as you keep working to become a beter version of yourself every day

I think I’m doing it wrong. My butt is hurting, though it’s the one on my standing leg that’s hurting and not the one, which is doing the workout…

    1. gemi says:

Both should be hurting! I felt it mostly in my standing leg too – my top leg just felt tired, but I’m pretty sure both butts were working!

  16. bigbotty says:

I think i’m doing this wrong because my back is hurting more than butt.

    1. Stefani says:

You might be arching your back if the chair is too high. Find something you can stabilize with that’s in line with your “T”

  17. MJ says:

I can’t wait to do this tomorrow!!
