I was enjoying this workout so much…. until the grasshopper part came and ruined everything at the end. I hate that move so much. It’s really uncomfortable for me. Is there anything else I could do instead?
Same here. Idk if I’m doing it wrong, but I’m never able to actually get much movement in, and it never feels like it’s working my butt
Try putting a small pillow underneath your hip bones!

I find when I do big circles my hip feels like its clicking each time and grosses me right out! Suggestions?
Grasshoppers are hard for me because I have a large stomach and lifting my legs presses on it and makes me super uncomfortable. I get past this by doing it one leg at a time and supporting myself with my knee rather than all of my weight being on my stomach!! Though, personally, a lot of butt moves don’t actually work for me because I can’t get into the right position to get a burn… but leg lifts always hurt!!

Cassey, i love your workouts!! Unfortunately, i have knee problems and find a lot of your videos involve being on your knees. I would just love it if you were able to do a series of work outs that don’t involve being on the knees.
One of my favourite workouts! And actually it is quite hard when you do it as the last video of the day! (Especially if you’ve taken a break from Blogilates for two months, as I have…) I also love the music in this one.

One of my favorite videos! Why? Because I can work out my butt and thighs without bringing to much pressure on my bad knee! Also, it is more calm&relaxing, really enjoying that and despite that, I still sweat!!!
What a relaxing workout! I am happy I can finally lift the grasshopper after those 2 beginners calendar months! Miracle achieved 😉
Good to know that this will change with continued work! I totally failed at lifting anything on grasshopper!

Thank you so much for Starting the Beginners work out series again.. I Just started with Pop Pilates, with your beginners calendar form first october, having all your videos on my cell, tab and lappy, i keep going through them over and over again and i cannot tell you how much difference i can see in myself in just 10 days. I feel so much lighter and flexible and fresh. Its an awesome feeling, i already feel so positive about myself.
I Absolutely love your style, hair, nails, BODY and CLOTHES [They are soo sexy]. I am from INDIA and i dont think you ship them, which really makes me sad, coz i would love to get my hands on those lovely lovely tops, hot bras and yum shorts..
