Umm… I literally cannot do the windshield wiper. But I finished the whole day so I’m going to call it a win anyways.

I’m dying. I thought I was in okay shape from farm work but omg this killed my butt.

All those bridges killed my lower back 🙁 Hopefully I get stronger and can do those better!

What might help is focusing on pushing your lower back outwards using your abs so that your spine isn’t curving forwards. Think about pushing your core into your lower back an your tailbone forward and upwards towards your knees!

Same! I tried my best to focus on my butt but thank goodness the video ended when it did, my lower back couldn’t take it anymore :/

Me too! I think maybe I’m not doing them properly? Like when I do ab moves that hurt my neck when I’m lifting my chest up. I was testing it out with those bridges and sometimes it didn’t hurt my lower back when I concentrated on my butt heaps. Maybe just slowing down the pace and really feeling what your body is doing?

The wiperblades & one leg booty up moves are the worst & best. Can’t wait to do them again 🙂

Hi Cassey, after two weeks, I still find very difficult the single legged bridge, I found my lubars get really sore (I have deep curve in my back so I don’t know if it’s related). Any other way to practice this exercise to become stronger and manage to do it properly at some point? thanks!

I have the same issue… Did you find a way to resolve this?

Cassey, You are da bomb! I’ve been doing your workouts for years. Now that I’m getting married, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get me in shape for my special day but you. The gym ain’t got nothin’ on you!

Cassey, any chance of an apartment friendly version of the swimsuit slim down? I have to be ready to go to Cabo in February. I am loving this series!

I would love to see a Youtube playlist with all the apartment friendly workouts, would make finding them all easier 🙂
Also, why not make a whole month calendar of apartment friendly workouts? It would be awesome ^_^
