    These celebrity workouts use way too much equipment. When I do the modifications I don’t feel like I get enough of a workout. I love your videos because I don’t need to go to the gym and I can just do it from home!

    I took a week off off a lot of things, including working out with your calendar. I was really taking a mental break from a lot. Today is my first day back and I am so glad this is the first workout I come back to. After following you for a while, you’re right, this was a little more on the easier side, however I still loved all the movements and am excited this was my first day, it was like a warm up to get pumped for the rest of your videos that will leave me near death. 🙂 alright i’m going to do them now.

    Really liked this one! I didn’t have most of the equipment so it was probably easier than it should have been… but I could actually concentrate on my breathing!
