I remember when I couldn’t even get through the first move at all but I’ve also been working out more at the gym I pretty much take all the classes there Push myself with casseys calendar workouts everyday and am doing more with the Yoga with Adriene and have really improved in many ways I can’t pause the nstructors so I remind to not pause Adriene or Casey As long as I know what I’m doing then I shit my eyes and tell myself to breathe cause I remind myself it’s not that long and I now I can do it I had an eating disorder growing up so when I worked out all the time I was only tissue not muscle It takes a lot out of you – yes but you just have to remind myself that you can and you will Getting involved with yoga and Vasseys videos too helped me to shake those bad eating habits and to not be ashamed of anything I put in my body as a result of I know what I can do and what I can’t What I can’t do I just push myself that much harder You don’t know if you don’t try and you can always do anything you put your put your mind to Sont let your body control you Learn how to control it – mind over matter
