I’m on the beginner’s calendar! This is the first ab workout I actually felt good about. It’s easy for me to get discouraged, so I’m really excited I’m seeing so much progress. =]

I’m doing the beginners’ calendar, and I am AMAZED that I could actually do this whole video! There is no way I could have done this 23 days ago, but here I am! Thank you, Cassey, for helping us get stronger!

Hi! I was wondering how should I place my hands exactly under my tailbone. My problem is that when I place my hands there to do some exercises I keep arching my spine. I know that’s not good for your back and it hurts but once I lift my legs, I can’t help it, my spine lifts the floor and I can’t bring it down. I don’t want to injure myself, any advise?

My upper abs are incredibly weak. I literally couldn’t do half of these :/

Hey Cassey! I really love this video but I actually had an idea for your website if you see this and like the idea, my sister and I tend to put together our own routines instead of following the calendars that you make and I thought it could be a cool idea to make a favorite list so that you know which videos you really liked because sometimes we have trouble finding specific ones and keeping track so that I know which ones I really felt and liked as a note to self type thing. I hope you like the idea and thanks for everything you do ! 🙂

I love this idea! It would be really cool to have our own customizable calendar because sometimes I might have a yoga class or feeling like running outside instead of doing pilates, so it would be great

      I second this!

This would be such a great feature! I definitely find myself doing an exercise once, loving it and then having a hard time remembering which one it was. Another great feature would being able to narrow workouts down by length.5-10 minutes. 11-20 minutes. etc etc. Sometimes I want to do one 30 minute workout and sometimes I want to do a bunch of 5 minute workouts.

Intensive but I did it anyways. Loved it.

    um this was quite hard

  9. Sabrerouge says:

it wasn’t that bad or hard. You have videos that are really killer, this one is more like a “before you die” 😀

The form might not have been perfect, but I pushed through just the same!

Thank you for saying we should eat well! I struggle with an eating disorder and I was working out as an alternative to unhealthy behaviors and that little push helped me feel better.

Hope you will get better and I hope that you seek out help. <3
