Halfway through my second round of the beginner’s calendar and my confidence has soared! It feels great to crush workouts that a month ago were too challenging and I’ve finally found exercise that I truly enjoy! Feeling strong and capable!
Omg I FINALLY finished the beginner’s challenge month with this video! I already feel my stamina and flexibility improving. Can’t wait to continue my workout journey! Cassey, I’m sorry for all the crazy things I screamed at you this month during my workout. >_<
Just finished the beginner calendar workout ! First time in my entire life I stick to a plan like that, I definitely see the difference, woo-hoo 🙂

Just finished your beginners calendar! I can see so much progress in how much more strong I am and how much more stamina I have, compared to when I started – I was such a couch potato back then! Loved this workout. I was not able to do each leg throughout the entire process, especially when we extended the leg out to do the toe tap but I feel great. Thank you for the videos that you do.
I’m so happy i actually completed the beginner’s workout! your videos made my morning routine more efficient than ever before. I do feel stronger in my core and I actually feel weird when I don’t workout! even if I miss a workout in the morning, I end up doing it later in the day because it’s just fun and my body wants to do it! Can’t wait to start a new calendar!
I can’t believe I just finished Day 27. I feel so empowered and proud of myself for persevering. Now onwards to the future!
