    Halfway through my second round of the beginner’s calendar and my confidence has soared! It feels great to crush workouts that a month ago were too challenging and I’ve finally found exercise that I truly enjoy! Feeling strong and capable!

    Loved this workout. I was not able to do each leg throughout the entire process, especially when we extended the leg out to do the toe tap but I feel great. Thank you for the videos that you do.

    I’m so happy i actually completed the beginner’s workout! your videos made my morning routine more efficient than ever before. I do feel stronger in my core and I actually feel weird when I don’t workout! even if I miss a workout in the morning, I end up doing it later in the day because it’s just fun and my body wants to do it! Can’t wait to start a new calendar!
