    I’m live in a small town, Rosendale, WI, and I was looking for a workout I could at home because it was to far to drive to a gym. Blogilates has been my lifeline to getting healthy again. I workout in the morning to jump start my day. When I work out I feel good, I look good, and I make smarter choices throughout the day about food. When I work out I have more energy and more of myself to give back to my family and my job. Thank you Cassie for getting me excited about working out again!!

    Throughout college, I found myself putting work and school above my own health way too often. I wasn’t sleeping, not eating well and most definitely didn’t have the time, resources or energy to work out. My senior year, my physical and mental health declined, and I mean like rapidly. Now, I am trying to get back on track to taking care of my body and my mind. I struggled to find a workout that I enjoyed doing and didn’t dread. Then, my cousin introduced me to your videos. It is refreshing to be able to have new workouts each day that actually show results. I have been eating better, and getting stronger through even my short time on your website. I appreciate all that my body allows me to do, and it was way past due that I start to take better care of it. So thank you for helping me get back on track!

    I discovered your videos through a friend and I find myself struggling with self appearance and I want to have an ideal body that I have in mind but most importantly I want to be comfortable being me and being in my own skin. I want to be able to look at the girl in the mirror and be proud and happy with her and take photos of myself without an hesitation or second thought. I love how inspirational and motivational you are in every video because while you are extremely good at what you do, you remind me and I’m sure everyone else that we hall have to begin somewhere and it’s okay if you aren’t any good the first time. Overtime, with dedication and practice they can be as good and get better. Thank you for your videos <3

I was SO sick of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and feeling like I didn’t know, or couldn’t be, ME anymore because I hated how I looked and didn’t want people to judge me the same way I did. I finally said enough is enough and even though I want to punch you sometimes because of how cheery you are while I’m sweating and grunting like a fool, it feels sooooooo good finishing a video and having you tell me I did a great job.
    But most importantly, why I like to live an active lifestyle is because it makes me proud of myself. Thank you for that.

    I am turning 40 this year and I want to feel the best and look the best! I have been doing your videos as well as walking everyday since the weather is turning nice( Living in Canada we have had a long winter this past year) and I want to embrace 40 like I embraced 30! Health and well being is my number one target…as I want to know that the way I’m treating my body in my 40’s is the way I’ll be feeling in my 50’s.

    I hope I haven’t missed the giveaway. I am from Canada. I am 37 and I have never been able to follow through with any workout or diet plan though I have tried many. I finished your beginner calendar a few days ago and I just started following the monthly calendar. I like living an active life because i’m feeling more fit and flexible then I did in my 20’s… it has been really great having a workout playlist ready each day and a voice of encouragement to keep me going. im so happy to have finally found a fitness plan that fits…… thank you

    I would love some short excercise morning videos <3 I know you already have song challenges or 5 minutes something, but it would be nice to have someting not that hard to simply start the day and a tiny little stretch at the end

    The first reason I love working out is for pain management, keeping my legs strong helps manage my issues with patella femoral syndrome. No complaints about that when I can leg press way more than people expect 🙂
