No way was this a beginner/intermediate workout. Most of those moves needed modifications. I THINK I did that right, but actual modifications from Cassie (esp. for the tricep hip dips) would be much needed.
For sure, I wish she would have given some modifications. I haven’t struggled this hard with a video until this one.
How come the other focus workouts have printables but not this one?

I swear, the Tricep Kick n’ Dips are like the hip twists of arms. I had literally bite my lip from screeching lol
Doesn’t seem like it’s going to be tough, but when you get into it…..yikes
Could these be edited so we could see the loading bar to skip the intros?
I find my wrists often become irritated after these plank based WOs. Any advice to counter act this? I usually pause in between to stretch my wrists in the opposite direction.
This one kills me every time but I love it so much. My triceps were literally shaking hahahaha
I didn’t feel my arms after this workout! It was so effective!
