    Hi Cassey, I really love this super quick warm-up. Could you make more short warm-up videos like this? Because I find myself watching the once you uploaded over the years, again and again and again. And I would love some new input and moves for warming my muscles up. Also I love your encouragement throughout the videos, but when you only hear the same sentences due to watching the same videos so often, the effect wears off. I would really appreciate more variety for the warm-up!

    I’m in my early 60s and owner of a busy real estate investment company. I absolutely L=O=V=E your workouts, which include Billy Blanks’ Tae Bo Power workout 3-6 times a week, then follow up with your Muffintop Massacre and Apartment Friendly workouts.

    I just watched your video on The “Perfect Body” and didn’t like the comments you got. Like, you need to lose weight. You have a tummy and so on. Really stupid comments from jealous females who wish they looked like you. You have a great body and inspire me to go above & beyond what I think I can’t do. Your videos have helped me so much to get in the best shape for me at my age.

    In 2005, my body went menopausal. All the weight gain went into my ab area. When I got married on March 19, 2011, I was in terrible shape. Fast forward to March 2012, I was desperate and had to do something. No more excuses. It’s now May 2018 and I’m in much better shape than ever but still have a challenge with my abs & core. With lots of patience, it’s getting there. Girlfriend, I encourage you to continue doing what you do b/c you inspire [older] women like me. You’re the best, many thanks from the bottom of my heart.
