I just did this after a spin. Great leg stretches. Also fun seeing such an old video and comparing to the super-slick high production values Cassey’s videos have now. Definitely no longer has music so loud you can hardly hear her instructions! But the workout is just as good. And she’s just as charming! Btw, I did this with a Pilates stretchy band and it worked well.
