    Ahhh! Oh my gosh! I felt better at the plank moves than a couple of days ago. This workout wasn’t as plank intensive but when I saw the moves I was dreading itttttt! But I did them well! Merry Christmas everyone! <3

    The abs buuurrrnn, but in a good way! Having this calendar with all of the videos organized and easily accessible each day and having a way to check them off when I’ve done them has helped me be more on top of tracking my workouts and doing them each day. Thanks Cassey!
