Wow, I did this. So beautiful.
This is a great video! I love how there are lots of small variations (so that we can get the countdown faster, haha), and I also really like how there are tiny stretch breaks, and very quick transitions. It’s a great workout and feels like it doesn’t take 30 minutes 🙂

It’s such a long workout that I count it down by the songs I do! Love it!
Two days later and my legs are still sore as all can be, and I’m doing it again today! Loved this work out!
