Love this workout, but it goes too fast with no prior description of the exercises. Hard to keep up

Why does it say “Sweat time: 12 mins”, when the workout is only 8 mins and the rest of the video is them talking. I mean it’s a great workout but I would still say that when the workout is called 8 minute ab the sweat time is too 8 minutes and not 12 just because the video is 12 minutes
My abs are still sore 2 days later! Such a good workout!
