    A month ago I didn’t even dare to do an up up down down, and today I was able to do the 2 minutes with a tiny break in between!! Loved this workout!

    Oh up up down downs… You slay me! I recently had a running knee injury and started following along with the Blogilates calendar, and let me tell you, it’s kicking my butt! I almost made It Through the Up Up Down Downs Without Going to My Knees But It was a Serious stuggle!

      I just found her workout videos and I love them! I’ve only been doing them a couple days, and I feel good. I will say that once her workout videos are done I’ll usually do an additional 15 min of my own workout, but you will definitely feel the burn work out with her!

      I started her calendar plan in February and I can tell you I already feel stronger and my legs feel more lean. Just follow along and you’ll be okay. I also go on the bike for 30 minutes 2 or 3 days a week

    I have always been very skinny as a child, then as I grew older into an adult I noticed my body becoming “skinny fat”. The worst kind of skinny & fat. So I’m super grateful for Cassey and her workouts! They’re helping me trumendously! Thank You Cassey! I know it only takes time, patience and effort into creating the body you deserve. And hopefully if I’m careful what I eat, workout hard enough and calm my mind and body with some yoga and meditation…I’ll have my bikini body in no time. Cassey has always been an inspiration to me! When people told her she “couldn’t” she showed them she CAN! You go girl! <3 Much Love
