it was hard on my knee but i did the modification ver of some of the moves but still it was WORK OUT !! love it
This so hard for my knees, I been away lately cus of health ,I do pilates but not the jumping I just cant anymore n my asthma, I guess it’s old age

I had to remind myself to take the moves suuuper slow, due to being so jiggly (which = pain) and out of shape. I’m glad I got through it, though!

The app working for the iPad does not work well. The app for the phone works better.
