Good but challenging. The twist crunch was difficult, I had to have someone hold my feet or keep my legs much straighter to do them.

When I did this workout in January I couldn’t even do the rollups but I just finished it all!! I feel stronger everyday:)

Am I the only one for whom the twist crunch was absolutely impossible to do? Hahaha. I hope that one day, I will come back to this video and be able to do it!

I am excited to be doing the workouts and have seen a huge change already. This is the first time that I am doing the Monthly Calendar instead of the beginner. I am finding it hard to determine which Videos I need to be doing and my time is limited so sometimes I only get one or two done instead of the whole section. I am committed to making every effort to get stronger. I am a mother of 6 and Grandmother of 3. So I do find it a challenge but want to encourage everyone don’t make excuses work out while you can I worked out a lot when I was younger and as time went on I slipped away from it but I am in great health and I contribute that to the efforts I maintained in my 20s. I do like how you have set up your menu for videos but wish you could link them like you do the Beginner calendar so that I am making sure to do the correct video. Having each days videos on each link made it easier. Any Advice Anyone to ensure that I am using the right video for the right day? Thank you

Hi Nancy! I would always do the first video that’s listed for each day because it is a warmup video, and of course warming up is important so you don’t get injured. Apart from that, I guess if I were you I would just check out the other videos and then decide based on what you want to focus on or which exercises look the most fun to you! Hope this helps!

If you need help choosing which ones you should do, I suggest you do the cardio (the first one) to warm up or choose one with Turbo, 3, 5 or 6 minute in the title. That really gets your heart rate up, then quickly open the others and choose another longer one, like 5 ways to… or any 8-12 min one. I do that combo when I’m low on time.

P.S. I think it’s so cool that you’re a grandma and working out every day! That’s awesome! I’m only 13 and I want to be able to grow up, grow old and still be exercising every day just like you XD
