    I love these no equipment arm workouts! Challenging but not too much, and felt good. Man, those prayer pulses! I am in Northern California (Central Valley) and the high temps are around 57 degrees right now…much warmer than other places but pretty cold too me, as someone who hasn’t lived anywhere else haha.
