My hips was burning by the time we ended.
This is a great butt work out. I got tired but not too tired. Just 6 minutes. My favorite was also the last move!

Just completed the Beginner’s Calender! Yay! I had to do every week twice but really enjoyed the feeling of slowly getting stronger and stronger. Can’t wait to start the monthly calendars! 🙂

this workout i super easy, and it makes me sweat and make by butty work,i love this easy butt workout routine, and i recommend it to anyone who wants to try it.
