    I really liked the tipping mermaid! The curly arms weren’t too bad for me, but I suffered through those elbow pulses. Had to take a little break halfway through that move because I had super uncomfortable cracking in both shoulders with every rep, ughhh. Definitely feel the burn with this short workout, though! Thanks, Cassey.

    I just finished doing this workout for the first time and I have to say that this is by far my favorite shoulder video you have done. There was so much variety and new moves, I really had a great time and always enjoy working out with you

    I can’t tell the proper positioning for the arms in the first move. Is the back am a ways behind the front am. ..our are they side by? Or does it matter? Can’t tell just from the v viewing angle and they look different on each side one looks behind one doesn’t. Thanks
