That second move burned so bad! I wasn’t sure I could make it through the rest of the workout afterward but thankfully you gave our wrists a break after, haha. Thanks for the video!

love all of your videos and your positivity! Could you do more modifications for people with wrist issues? I really love pilates but I find arms being my least favorite because most of the positions just hurt me
Can you do a video on different body type exercises? Example: Ectomorphs what workouts work for that body type.
That second set was so intense & amazing!! // For the mermaid triceps, do you have any pointers? Sometimes it feels like I’m pinching and bruising my hip and the outside of my upper leg in that position. Folding up folding my mat underneath my hips helped a bit. Thank you!
I absolutely LOVE these isolation exercises <3!! Can you please do inner & outer thighs and more fot the glutes? New ideas for streching would be great too in some point if you have time 🙂

I second this! I have been losing unnecessary fat around my upper body but not the armpit right next to the bra part! I am a small size going down XS so it’s a bit weird to still feel the flabby part there!

I would love a feet muscle isolation work-out, because with all those pretty shoes, we often don’t treat them very well. Due to this a lot of us have flat foot, splay foot, spread foot, broad foot deformities. And doctors say that specific foot stengthening exercises can help. Maybe you have something like this in your repertoire?
Ouch!!! Second move I had to modify. I just held the one leg bridge position and switched legs when she did. I couldn’t do the dip. The burn was real! Goal set for next time tho.
