Day 9 done!
I felt parts of my body that I didn’t know even existed!! The perfect video for building that relationship with your body AND with your mind&soul. This is a video I’d recommend to anybody the next time they say they’re feeling down, stressed, worried or frustrated.

It’s just day 9 on the beginner’s calendar and I can’t believe that I went from doing just 40% to 45% of the video to 60% of it. I’m on the obese side of things and I’m still taking it slowly but I’m actually doing it. Thank you for the positivity it really helps

Although part of me thinks this is kind of California hokum, actually I love it. What Cassey says actually is so sensible and true. But can anyone who isn’t a fantastic fitness instructor or dancer actually do any of those stretches properly?!? I couldn’t come close. But I am going to keep trying!

Love the stretching (read: I am not that flexibel)….is there a stretching challenge?! and does that make the body stronger also..or is that mainly with the other excercises …skipped the 3.3 and did 2.3 again today 🙂

I don’t like this new format for the calendar. The time on the bottom is blocked. Sometimes I like to skim through it first to see what I will be doing..So Ihad to print it out and type in the exercises. Not as convenient. Is anyone else having this problem?
