Got through aweeks worth I can’t believe I just got through all 18 videos on cold and flu medicine If you’re new or sick and you’re thinking you can’t do it believe me you can unless you’re throwing up sick then that I understand I needed to be with my popsters today I love y’all and Cassey too You all mean a lot to me We have something that makes us all special I’m around others who physically can’t do all that we can It just reminds me how special we really are and how many of us crave this on such a daily basis and what we can really do when we put our minds to it I really needed this today
I ABsolutely love this Ab routine. I usually do this a few times through to make the most of it. <3
This video is absolutely WIZARD!!! This is my first time doing POP Pilates, and I had such a great and fun time with you Cassey! Anyone have any suggestions for other great ab workouts by Cassey? Let me know!! Thanks 🙂
They are all great! I just love her videos! I stumbled across Blogilates 18 months ago and now am a certified Pop Pilates instructor. And I wasn’t even a fitness freak either. I was a teacher. So be prepared to have your life changed!
