For me it’s the donkey kicks that I don’t like but I’m not really a fan of plank jacks – yes I work out a lot But it’s a move we do so much that I can’t help but feel like “ Oh great this again” considering But the best one was definitely the burpees I don’t know why but I love burpees and am a huge fan of the hundred burpee challenge The tuck jump burpee and the one legged ones are my favorites You do such a great job I love you so much and keep it up You really are an inspiration Without you a lot of us would’ve already given up already and for once I have enough courage to try teaching Zumba again You don’t let us stop and encourage us to do anything we put our mind to and I admire you for that
Definitely should warm up and stretch a little beforehand!

cant do the donkey kick so I redid the star jump
My yoga mat was nice and straight before this video now its all over the place. LOL!
Had to take a few breaks, but I did it!

This was probably the hardest workout I’ve ever seen from you Cassey! I absolutely loved it.
