I love love love that your videos are broken up into shorts! It doesn’t feel like a commitment or that I’m quitting halfway if I only have time for one or two. And some is better than none! New Years Resolution: at least 2 videos per day!
Your short videos are intensive than your longer ones. Love it though.
god this was hard lol. I haven’t had a solid workout routine in over six months and I haven’t realized how much strength I’ve lost. Well, I bet this video will be easy for me in a few more months!
