Yup, that was hard – especially as video 4 of the day in the July calendar. But feel happily sweaty and worked out now!

Great workout. I did it as part of the April calendar for today. I’ve been doing your workouts every day since February and I’m already looking longer and leaner and seeing improvements in my flexibility. George is such a cute workout partner. What breed is he?

I’m a 54 year old physician in Vermont who has been doing your exercise videos for 2 years now. I had been waiting for this video as I have chronic low back pain and knew part of the problem was my weak lower abs. Thank you!!! Great exercises to help decrease lower back problems.

Hey Cassey, just wanted you to know that I love your videos ! And also that the new monday videos for the september calendar are only available in the evening, in Europe, since you probably post them in the morning of your time zone.
I would love to have more posture videos (as there currently is only two) and I also have enjoyed your streching videos between the exercises so a new one would be awesome :)!

Every time I raise/lower my right leg for these my hip grinds and pops. It’s very painful so I have stopped doing these workouts, but I’d rather not. Any advice????
