Whenever I do pliés and other inner thigh exercises, I feel it most in the area just underneath my kneecaps. What am I doing wrong? Could it be that my leg stance is not wide enough? I’d be grateful if someone could suggest some advice. Thank you!

Yeah, was just thinking the same! I LOVE Cassey’s outfit in this video. Makes me want to buy it right away, even though I just bought new workout shorts, top, bra and leggings already in the last 2 weeks!
How is this workout only rated 4 flames?! I was dying from the beginning, had to take several breaks! haha. My goal is to be physically and mentally strong enough to do this whole video nonstop! Also, thanks for the tip at the end about turning your knees out more! It would’ve been helpful to have that at the beginning, though 😉

I felt it in my quads more so the tip at the end to keep pushing your knees out really helped.

When I tried to do the last move, my legs were shaking so much that I almost fell over… so I just went down on my heels and made the first move again 🙂

I have never done exercises like this, that being said are your calves suppose to cramp up and what can I do to modify so that they don’t?

This was so hard! I used to do these squats in kickboxing but we called them “sumo squats”….”plie squats” sounds SO much more ladylike!
