I got breast implants in my 30s, i started having problems with them 30 years later, ruptured.
Had them taken out an replaced with smaller implants. I wish i would have never done it to myself.
I was young and naive, and it was the 80s in the BIG BOOB craze. DON’T get breast implants.
Now i just want them taken out completely.

I’m happy that Cassey says any decision is okay. It’s your decision and also, your consequences… My size is, like, big. And it’s tiring, but I’d never get a surgery. And it’s my decision. And my back pain is my consequence… I just need to deal with that 😀

I’m a natural 34 D, sometimes DD! I am 5’2” and 135lbs, which is just too much boob for my frame! .That’s a rough estimate because I stopped wearing bras about 5 years ago due to too much strain on my shoulders and back. I am trying this workout to increase muscle and mobility in my chest because I realize my breasts cause my shoulders and back to slump IN, and my chest is underused, worked, stretched, etc! Thank you for the tone!

I’m a bit sad to hear Cassey talk about cosmetic surgery as a legitimate option for people wanting bigger boobs (even though she wisely decided against it herself). She is such a fantastic inspiration when talking about working out in order to feel like your best version of yourself and respecting your body with healthy eating etc that it seems really against her own advice to consider surgery. Much better to learn to love yourself as you are! (I’m same size as Cassey – 34 A or 32 B depending on bra brand. I think getting surgery for breast reduction where it’s causing back pain is totally legitimate and a different matter from getting an enlargement for vanity or to satisfy societal ideas about the ‘right’ look.)

I have a cup F. When I was young I always had a cup C, but after I went on birth control it grew to a DD, and eventually (yes I also gained some weight in other places) it became a F cup. I really want to go back to a C/D cup, but I do not want surgery for that. That is why I am trying to lose weight currently. Because my chest area is this big, it makes me look bigger in size than I really am. Furthermore, I am quite short of length (1.64m). I always hide my boobs with shirt with a high neckline, but this only effect is that people cannot look into my shirt. Anyways, I love your videos. Thank you for helping me on my journey.

I love your outfit, Cassey! Where is it from? 😀

I’m a 34/36 A. Having bigger boobs is something that has never really interested me; for a long while I was concerned about losing weight, but I eventually realized that it wasn’t even because I thought it would make me look better (and let’s be real ladies, you don’t need a tiny waist to look amazing! <3). What troubled me was wanting to make sure I am fit, healthy, and able to do – and by extension keep up – the activities I learned that I love to do. Cassie, you and your programs helped change my life not by altering the way I look, but altering the way I FEEL about fitness and health. Thank you!

      *Cassey, not Cassie! Lol! Oops!

  7. Ahlethra says:

whats the size for dead flat… i legit dont need to wear a bra half the time unless im wearing something tight fitting.

  8. issa_mely says:

Thank you Cassey for always being REAL with us, its an amazing quality you have, I love you!! I don’t remember what bra size I am because I don’t wear bras anymore, LOL. I think an A

  10. kbiaggi says:

This was so challenging and good! Thanks, Cassey. Also, my bra size is 30B (really hard to find) or sometimes 32A…however, I mostly wear padded bralettes because my breasts are shallow and wide-set and most bras just don’t fit properly (plus they’re usually uncomfortable).

    1. kbiaggi says:

I found some really good bralettes from the new Auden line at Target!

love this one!! just enough burn:) 32C

  14. Dancerparis5 says:

    32DD

  15. Burbeery says:

totally agree with your no surgery idea!!
feeling good that we don’t need that to fulfil ourselves.

  16. annnika.f says:

I have a 75D (34 D in american) and my sister has something similar… which is very funny because our mom has like a 36A … 🙂

  17. Akanksha says:

Seen so many videos.. I’ve been wearing 32B for 10 years but now I think I’m a 34A or C. No idea.

  18. Mango says:

I have an unlucky size of 34 G. It’s almost near impossible to find any bras that actually fit right without spillage, especially workout bras. If it was affordable, I’d consider having a reduction. I’m so tired of having improper fitting bras and back aches.

  19. Zandra57 says:

I do not even know what I am anymore. I used to be 32 A, then I thought I was a 32 B, but now I am curious what size I am. There is no way I am bigger than B-size cup because my boobs are legitamitely really small. I just REALLY DO NOT like Bras and I want to find the perfect bra that fits me and doesn’t hurt me. Any suggestions what I should do?

    1. Kat says:

Get a proper bra fitting. Any store that sells primarily lingerie (like Victoria’s secret) will do it for free. I am an A cup but when they fitted me they recommended I wear a C because I have wide set breasts so thats why my bras were hurting me before.

  20. MoBasista says:

36A/34B/32C, just depends on the bra and how it fits. I have never been a person who thought my boobs were either too big or too small, they just sometimes get in the way. However, I have the same goals of wanting to strengthen all areas of my body and feel more confident in myself overall.

  21. disnerdbeth says:

I’m a 32DDD and I have considered surgery too – but to get a reduction. I have consistent neck and back pain, I’m limited in what clothes I can buy, and I hate the stares I get and the way I am treated by men. I always tell small-breasted girls that it “seems more fun on the other side” because we have a lot of issues too. If it makes you happy, then sure get a boob job, but I always warn people that having big breasts come with their own issues. It always seems better on the other side. I’m so proud that you shared your story xx

    1. Ohheytoni says:

I had a reduction 5 years ago and there is not a single day that I regret it! SO much better for posture and form during my workouts!

  22. Loulou says:

I want this outfit but it’s not available! Please sell it again 🙂

    1. Kat says:

I vote for that too, please!!

  23. Sarah McConkie says:

I’m a 34B and I’ll be honest . . . I’ve been insecure here and considered surgery too, but like you, don’t think I’d ever really do it. How often do you recommend doing this video? Like 2-3 times a week? Gracias 🙂

  24. tgmtforever says:

    I am a 36A or a 34 B

  25. Anu86 says:

My bra size is 34B (75B in European size). Of course I would like my boobs to look a little bit bigger, but for now I am satisfied with what I’ve got and I am working on them to look even better! 😉

  26. Megan says:

I’m all types of sizes tbh depends on my weight and the brand of bra but I’m mostly a 12B 12C kinda gal, in some bras I’m even a 12 D! I’m similar to you Cassey I’ve been told I have no boobs and that I should have a smaller waist this made me obsess over my body shape for literally years. At one point I just said to myself I have had enough! As long as I’m mentally and physically healthy, my body type should not matter and if it matters to other people well they don’t deserve to be in my life :).

  27. ndsullivan says:

These isolation videos are killer! In a good way. I love them, and also the outfit! Where are you getting your workout gear lately??

  28. lizzygc says:

I’ll share because Cassey asked for it: I’m about a 38C! Also, this workout killed after doing arms yesterday! Thank you for being so honest while also being totally non-judgemental!

  29. Ashleyam3 says:

Omg these burn! I had to take a break haha but I’ll get better!

  30. ellebow says:

Thank you for sharing your journey and struggles with an ED, Cassey. I admire your strength so much!
