C: these leg circles are advanced! (fails to warn you that butterfly kick outs are olympic gymnast level) lol
Omg the first one was so awkward to do and the final one was imposible. It’s ok because it’s my 18 day after 6 years without working out so I’m taking little steps
The first move was hard to figure out, I couldn’t get my leg into that awkward position.
That last one made me laugh so hard! I could go up but flopped right back down 😂 I feel that one requires a lot more control than what I have
last one is hard
I feel to weak for last move, but hey, by routine it’s gonna get better I guess
I think that last move requires more space than I have.
Funny thing, on the last one my bootie was making me go faster . hahahah
I… um… don’t think my pelvic floor is strong enough for that last move…
