my neck hurts, i know thats not right but i cant seem to do the right form 🙁
I do honestly feel the same though I follow blogilates for like 2.5 years… I just don’t know what to change
Wow! I am not sure my fast was really any faster than my slow but I got it done! With much trembling and shaking I got it done 🤪
