wow!! My legs were shaking !!!! love these workouts 🙂 request- please could you upload stuff similar to this that includes using resistance bands that would be soooo good !

I usually don’t comment, but if that was Sir George in the mirror reflection looking through a “kitty door” , that’s hilarious! Great workout, I’m sweating and my legs are dead 🙂
That was the hardest three minutes of my life!
My legs are shaking!!
I had to come off my tiptoes a bit, it’s so hard to stay up the whole time!
