This was pretty tough at the end of the calendar today – but it’s great!
OMG this is so painful but do this for one week and it is SOO good i swear
I really like this one, the moves are intense but I know at just 30 seconds each, I can push through!
this is intense after doing all the other videos for today~
thanks for sharing this video.
i love you and what you are doing. istarted losing weight before the summer and i had to take in clothes and what not. I felt amazing and saw improvements.my times got mixed up during the summer so i had to stop but since school started i am right back on the pilates train. thank you for the motivation cassie, you are really God sent.
<3 🙂 😛 😀
Hey hey, so, when I’m doing the leg circles coming outside first, my hips articulations are like “dislocating”, cracking, if I’m gong large. Why?
The same is for me and I’ve been told it is because my hip flexors aren’t flexible.
