I always breath a sigh of relief when I see the quick burn series on the calendar but end up cursing it when I actually have to do it!
I love this series! The quick burn is INTENSE but I also don’t get bored and I have time to fit a few in before the kids get up!
hi! Can you make a quick workout for building a bigger butt but without squats/exercises that can hurt your knees? Much appreciated!
