how long do we do each move for?
Hi! First off, I just wanted to thank you for all the amazing inspiration you give. The reason for this comment is I was wondering if you could create a few challenges or calendars for tweens/teens. I think that this could help those who are still not quite ready for your regular calendars, people like me. I’m twelve years old, 4′ 8″ and 71 pounds. I struggle with dieting on and off. Some days, I’ll only eat 300 calories a day while others I’ll eat more than my stomach can handle. It’s like I have no control over what I am doing, and I am hoping that you could help others like me who struggle with similar problems daily. I have found that doing some of your videos help to control my problem, thought I don’t know how… I have tried to do your regular calendars, but they seem a bit too intense for me. I have read a few of your articles about not caring about how the media wants your body to look like, but just making sure that it is healthy and that you are happy with it. I would love it if you could create a calendar that is more subtler than your regular ones. I know that this is much to ask, and I completely understand if for whatever reason you can’t. You have done more than I could possibly explain for me and others! Please continue to spread inspiration and kindness!
Yassssss! Please Cassey I would love if you made a teen/tween calendar! Some exercises are just too intense for me but I love your workouts that are a little easier.
Cassey does have a Beginner calender. But seriously, if you’re eating 300 calories a day, you need to get some help my sweet <3 please talk to someone.
PLEASE don’t eat just 300 calories a day!! I know exactly how you feel you’re not alone, I’m 13 and just know that eating less will NOT HELP AT ALL. What you should do is cut out the bad foods, if you’re tempted remind yourself of how bad you feel when you eat those things. For example, I wanted to eat cake, but I already had my YOLO meal for the week (make sure when you have your YOLO meal you don’t completely pig out every time), so then I remembered once I ate that cake and for some reason my stomach started to hurt so bad. I will never forget that, it was as if it was sign, lol. But I hope you can see don’t eat less just replace foods with healthier options. It may seem hard, but you will ease into it. Don’t immediately dive into everything healthy, start slowly. Remember: IT’S A PROCESS. This is not a diet, it’s a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. so, I hope that you take my advice seriously and also if you ever need to talk to someone, you can always DM me on Instagram (if you have one, of course) @araceligordus 🙂 Love, Araceli
