    Hey Cassey, I am so in for this challenge! Usually don’t like weight lifting at all, I do it because I have to which is totally wrong! This work out though was amazing, I feel great! As you say I would love to start my home gym this year, even with weights (who knew). Sadly enough I can’t buy this amazing line since I come from The Netherlands. Will the products eventually be on Popflexactive too? I crave for them, they look too cute! Thank you in advance and thank you even more for these amazing work outs!

    I stumbled upon this last night when I was looking for remote classes and I liked Cassey’s intro to the 21 day challenge and downloaded the app. I work full time, have a 1st grader, a puppy a husband and house to take care of. But Cassey’s right, you have to find joy in working out b/c it’s good for you. I almost wasn’t going to do the workout b/c I’m tired and have a lot yet to do tonight but I did it and am looking forward to tomorrow’s video. It was a nice mix of variety but hard enough to keep me focused. Thanks Cassey.

    Oh my goodness. I made it through the whole 21 minutes – heavily modified, but I made it. I’m not able to do the lifted leg row, but putting my toe on the ground and leaning over and doing the rows still helped me work on my balance. I’ll get to the leg lift eventually! Just proud I did the entire video!

    I’m so glad I found this site! I’m about 50lbs overweight and today is Day 1 of taking care of me! Thank you Cassey for an amazing and challenging (for me) workout. I’m all in for the challenge! Can’t wait to see how much stronger I am mentally and physically by day 21!!

    Is there a way to make the screen full and go back in the videos? I can’t seem to see the options on the videos now.

      Yes, there is a rectangle in the lower right hand corner that makes it full screen and you can move throughout the video like normal. Maybe switch your browser if you can’t see it?
