My cat Lottie appeared at the (upstairs!) window when I was part way through the last video on today’s calendar! I had to jump up to let her in then she just sat on a rug, looking serene and superior, and stared at me while I continued panting through my workout!
My dog Aspen started barking when she heard Sir George! Haha so cute <3
I have been having a lot of foot pain lately and haven't been able to run or Cross Fit for weeks… I started to get angry and think negative thoughts about my body… then I remembered that Cassey will always have a good workout that I can do without being on my feet. Thank you, my booty needed that <3

My butt is burning. Great video. I also have a little dog called Foxy. She lies on the bed and watches me do my workouts each day. Found your workouts whilst we were isolating here in Australia. They have got me through these tough times.
Cassey, I didn’t like this. This is the second time I start it and had to quit at the second exercise because it feels uncomfortable for my knees. I don’t mind hard muscle work but don’t want to hurt my knees either. Could you please make a video for butts without knee bending in that position?
Hi Detti! Sorry your knees weren’t feeling good, sometimes it helps to fold your mat or place a sturdy blanket under your knees for more cushion. I have lots of videos on Youtube for all sorts of booty work! 🙂
