Loved it. Great for a beginner like me. Felt the burn.
Awesome work Susan!!
Hi! Just wanted to throw in a friendly constructive comment 🙂 I haven’t followed the calendar in a long time and I’m surprised at how many of the workouts are timed routines. It feels far from the “dance on the mat”, move with the music routines that the workouts used to be more of. I enjoy the challenge and change sometimes but these timed routines have also gone from typically 45 seconds on, 15 seconds break to back-to-back 1:30 movements. One of Cassey’s videos recently had her closing with how working out should be fun, and for me, this is not my idea of fun. I’m trying to have a positive mindset and think if it as a challenge—no pain, no gain—but to see so many of these same style videos had me feeling negative. I wanted to know what the feedback has been on these videos and know if this was the POP Pilates style moving forward? Thank you for your time!
