    I noticed this on the calendar for Monday That makes me feel happy but by the same token I know it’s going to be a lot but I know it’s. I thing I can’t Handle Thsts always my attitude though when faves with something challenging can’t help it – sorry love you girlie

    This workout caused a ton of lower back pain for me, there were a lot of exercises that I wasn’t able to do because of it. Any suggestions?

      Yeah, mine was hurting too :/ I managed to do most of them anyways, except for the single leg bridges, especially the elevated ones… those I wasn’t able to do. Maybe my lack of strength has something to do too lol

      I’ve been trying to figure out the same but the cost is too much for me We don’t have that kind of money lying around the house That’s why I’m looking at this as a career cause I need a paying job Don’t get me wrong though I love and adore Pop Pilates for all the same reasons asset has pointed out to me Item I also want to show others what they can do with it and help them to understand what I already know Rhis changed me in ways I never realized I’ve been dealing with a problem and in one of the videos for today Cassey reminded me of how to handle it I want to be that for other people too I just hate that Plus there aren’t any trainings in my area I’m at a loss right.now cause I don’t know what to do either so don’t feel bad The struggle is real when it comes down to it
