Those pliés at the beginning hurt my knees more than my thighs. Aargh. Happy 4th day of the July workout calendar, everyone!

I love how Cassie doesn’t even pay attention that she goes past the timer sometimes and I’m watching it like a hawk! LOL
For next isolate video can you add a few stretches for that muscle group at the end, trying to get better at stretching after my workouts.

OMG!!! This was INSANE! But, I got through it. Great workout
Way to push us to the next level!!! My daughter and I were finally starting to feel a little less uncomfortable with your other inner thigh workouts, but this absolutely killed us. The most insane part was going from the side inner thigh circles to the scissors. We could hardly open our legs. Aaah!
