I can’t even get my elbows to touch?? Gonna keep doing this vid til I get the elbows touching
I’ve been doing this video every other day for a month to help with summer tank top arms. The final song always gets stuck in my head. Please tell me what it is.
I broke my wrist and cannot lift anything above 5lbs and it was great
