I just started following you and OMG it hurts but you rock! Thank you so much for making the videos easy to follow and being so positive. I have only started with the weightless arm routine and it’s been tough but I really feel like I’m making progress! I plan on working through the videos and finally feeling good in my clothes again!
Cassey? I need your help. I have a big upper body and Q-tips for legs. My problem is that I want to lose the upper body fat but mainly get fit there and my arms because my arms are so weak. Fir about three months now, my right bicep is painfully sore after I wake up. I think since I sleep hugging my pillow, I put the weight of my head on top of it. That is what I can think of. My doctor doesn’t care so I’m taking the desicion to do something but I have no idea what exercises you do will help tone my upperbody and arms. I don’t want to be a weakling anymore. I’m useless like this.
Forgot to add, what videos do you recommend for me?
