I’m feeling really proud because I just did all 4 of the ‘12 minutes to toned’ routines in a row. I rock! And now I’m off to have a lovely hot shower!
These workouts are intense and wonderful. My eldest daughter and I do them together and my youngest watched us yesterday and helped keep us in alignment and said “wow you guys are really sweating” lol
