I thought this was easy but turns out it was very challenging! It feels great though. Thanks for sharing this!
It made me laugh so much when you asked us if we were wearing 90s-style cycling shorts, Cassey. I am – and they were literally a birthday present from my friends when we were at university in 1991! They have lasted well!

yesterday after the workout my legs felt like jelly.
today my backside and my hips hurt like mad.
tomorrow will be promising, because muscle pain is always worse the next day 🙁
dreading tomorrow & will stick with the 12-minute toned arms for today :):):)
i loved the exercise though and once the hurt is gone and i can move my legs properly i will make it a regular in my fitness program.
