    yesterday after the workout my legs felt like jelly.
    today my backside and my hips hurt like mad.
    tomorrow will be promising, because muscle pain is always worse the next day :(

    dreading tomorrow & will stick with the 12-minute toned arms for today :):):)
    i loved the exercise though and once the hurt is gone and i can move my legs properly i will make it a regular in my fitness program.
