The 1000 abs challenge was again on the monthly calendar, what a blast! I like the intervals in which this pops up as I can really feel the changes in my body. It´s not too often (would be too much suffering anyway) but it´s often enough in order to realize, how much better I´m getting at doing this! This time I had a hard time with eagle abs and some difficulties in the single leg drops… but apart from that, I´m up to it by now. It feels great and I can see it on my body too… it´s amazing and I´m very committed to your monthly calendar. Thanks!
Love this one! I do it every other week on ab day. ^^
I just did this Challenge … maybe not all 1000 but better than last week I think me and my gym partner did 700 !
