    I wake up at 5:30am weekdays to exercise with you for 45 minutes using the calendar! I started in April after working out with your videos at random off and on. I’ve really enjoyed it thus far. I go work around 8. On Saturday I wake up at 8 to exercise with you. :)

    I’m a morning person. I usually wake up at 6:30-7 , do exercise, eat good breakfast, take care of my skin etc. and then leave at 9:15. Even on weekends I can’t sleep beyond 7:30.

    My alarm goes at 5.35 for a 6.35 leave-the-house but I still struggle to actually get up in time to exercise. NOT a morning person!

    This is my new favorite stretching video. I love the dynamic stretches. I wake up at 6 AM so I can work out before kids wake up and I just want to do this video every day. It’s somehow energizing and relaxing.
